[rules-users] Drools Support in IntelliJ

As mentioned “dialects” makes tooling incredibly hard, to get right. This makes time we spend on eclipse editors, less productive. It’s why we want to move to a single language, without dialects, for DRL7. With an aim of making sure it’s much easier to do tooling.
