[rules-users] Project Explorer has dissappeared in KIE Workbench

Gecko errors mean the WAR has only been compiled for Firefox... I don't
know if we are planning a re-release to fix or whether you'll need to wait
for the next release.

I am working on the paging problem at the moment and will push a fix to
source soon.
