[rules-users] using 2 rule-flow group in rules.

Hi Team,

I have done couple of example  to check this issue, 
Any how it does not produce any compile-time or run-time error to make use
of 2 rule-flow group in a single rule, But it takes the last rule-flow group
and executes.
