The only reason to use this is to impement an Async executor service,
(see the async methods on the stateful and stateless sessions), If you
don't like the default one you can configure a different once, just
follow the existing designs and interfaces for the
DefaultExecutorService - the used ExecutorService is configured in the
RuleBaseConfiguration.<br>
