[seam-dev] Seam, JBoss5 and resources location

I noticed that components.properties was ending up in the root of the
WAR when I was working on some other things last week and thought it
was likely an error, but didn't give it much notice. Did this get
filed as a Seam bug? Not too difficult of a fix.
