Here's the consolidated patch against that tag for issues JBSEAM-3617 and
JBSEAM-3585. I have now tested the seam script to death on Linux, Windows,
and Windows/cygwin. I made sure to try all path segments with spaces to
verify that the arguments are being properly escaped. The script is now more
robust than ever before.

As a sidenote, the reason the cygwin got screwed up is because I didn't
realize that when Java executes on cgywin, it sees a pure Windows
environment. But it does. It makes sense now that I think about it, but I
had just assumed that once in cygwin, that the context would propagate.
