[seam-dev] 2.1.0.SP1 planned to resolve important seam-gen issue

I'm not seeing this change ( r9449 ) in the tag, and I'm not seeing the
jaxb-api.jar in the dist "/lib/gen" directory.

Dan/Norman can you guys confirm and/or update the tag with these changes?
When its in let us know and we'll rebuild the dist.
