BTW, it might be a good idea to collect a list of stuff that are
currently used in Seam but not OOTB available in WebBeans such as

* explicit put() in contexts
* explicit remove() from contexts
* nested conversations
* entity beans not managed

... so that we see if we need to open more extension points in
WebBeans or figure out how to rewrite/rewire stuff accordingly
