[seam-dev] Incremental hot deployment with Seam 2.2.0.GA and JBoss AS 5.1

Okey - so I guess we need to get this raised as a gigantic red flag 
somewhere towards AS5/EAP
since otherwise EAP 5 + JBDS outofbox won't have the fastturnaround 
deployment :(
