[seam-dev] dependency on Mojarra

We are in a bit of a fix. We can't release any Seam 3 example that uses JSF
2.0 until Mojarra is in Maven Central (because of the policy of not using
external repositories). Since we really only need it to compile (or run in a
servlet), I think we should link against the Apache implementation instead
of Mojarra (since Apache always publishes to central).

Btw, I have been working with the Mojarra team to get published to central.
They are all setup in Nexus OSS, they just need to do it :)
