Not quite, the copyright assignment is wrong (JBoss by Red Hat, Inc. is not a legal entity so cannot have copyright assigned to it). Further, Red Hat have asked us to change the copyright from "Red Hat Middleware LLC" to "Red Hat, Inc." Anyway, I've updated the canonical source for Seam licensing
