[seam-dev] Update your module to use the JBoss Maven repository

I took a first cut at editing it. I won't know if it's perfect until I get a
chance to actually reference it while doing a release, since some of the
hints are from output that I don't have. So, for anyone doing a release,
feel free to follow along and check for errors.
