[seam-dev] Does anyone know of a POM.xml manipulation library?

JBoss Tools uses Maven Model 
(http://maven.apache.org/ref/3.0-beta-1/maven-model/index.html) and 
m2eclipse EMF POM model (see org.maven.ide.components.pom.PomFactory).
