[seam-dev] Seam 2.2.1 CR2 testing status

I confirmed all library changes except testng upgrade, so I will
downgrade to 5.9 and 2 issues (JBSEAM-4688 and JBSEAM-4687) will be
fixed. 
2.2.1.CR2 is coming!
