[seam-dev] Testing seam modules

I'm just waiting for some oss.sonatype permissions to be sorted out and 
then it should be all systems go for the releases.  Stuart would you 
like to write up a short release announcement that we can put on 
in.relation.to and the sfwk.org forums after the release goes out?
