[seam-dev] artifactId change: xml-bean-config to xml-config

Pete, Stuart and I agreed a while back that the Seam 3 XML configuration
module should simply be called Seam XML Config rather than Seam XML Bean
Config. I'd like to update the artifactIds before we get into the next round
of releases.

<artifactId>seam-xml-config</artifactId>
