[seam-dev] sfwk.org and ir2 down

  I just finished chatting with one of their online operators (and 
talking with them on the phone).  Our payment was 1 month overdue.  I've 
made a once off credit card payment to get the site back online, but we 
need to get the ongoing payments sorted out ASAP.  Who's supposed to 
look after this?
