[seam-dev] CR1 at the end of the month

That's fine Ken, I'd rather delay the feature and spend the time 
required to get it right than try to rush something out for the 
release.  Besides that, is there any other outstanding work you'd like 
to get done to the international module, or can we go ahead and release 
CR1 now?
