[seam-dev] Welcome Marek Schmidt

No problem, we probably don't have time to get anything done for the 
much overdue Seam 3.0 final release which is scheduled for next month.  
However, it would be great if we could plan to add this to the external 
module for 3.1 - we should hopefully have plenty of time between now and 
then to get it written, and I'm happy to contribute to it where I can.
