I think the best we could do is to define the container POMs within the Seam
Parent module and have them create specific artifacts for each
container/version combo.

Anything more than that and we'll probably end up with some modules getting
messy to override what the parent provides.

For the moment I'll just create the container POMs local to i18n, and once
the testsuite is complete and committed, we can then extract them up to the
Seam Parent project for use by all modules.
