[seam-dev] Seam config Java prototype sighted

This is definitely something we want to get into Seam Config - we should have followed this up ages ago. This could prove a very powerful addition to Weld and Seam.
We also need to consider whether we want to limit ourselves solely to the Guice syntax.... Perhaps it makes sense to refine it a bit? Or keep both modes.
Whoever works on this, please keep me in the loop.
