[seam-dev] Third party dependencies

For Seam REST the dependencies are listed at 
http://docs.jboss.org/seam/3/rest/snapshot/reference/en-US/html/rest.dependencies.html. 
All of them are optional. Test dependencies include: arquillian, 
shrinkwrap, jboss-osgi and apache httpclient.
