Awesome text, I mostly agree with you Antoine, with the exception of error 3
(of course that the team would have to put some strength to make it neat)
and I'm not so sure about error4. I see that keeping visibility of projects
"separated" from seam at seam stack, it'll be good because it'll feel more
like an ecosystem. However, it might be too difficult to administer the
track of those independent projects, and this would create a bad impression
on the organization.
I love the openness of this project to the community.
