[seam-dev] Seam 2.3.0.ALPHA tagged

FYI, I have created tag for Seam 2.3.0.ALPHA -
https://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/seam/tags/JBoss_Seam_2_3_0_ALPHA

This tag is now in verification process and after that all maven
artifacts will be promoted to JBoss Releases Maven repository and Seam2
distribution will be uploaded to sourceforge.net.

This step is first milestone to get Seam into full Maven build system and
included some fixes/features.
