Max Andersen commented on JBSEAM-613:
-------------------------------------
You used "New Java Project Wizard" which is a bit different than "Importing existing project"; in any case both should work.
I haven't had problems from eclipse, but I have also just used the ant tasks to do most of the things and otherwise just used different launch configs. Maybe you are doing/expecting
something that Ihaven't tried yet.
I don't believe in a propritary deployer; but I do belive in simplification. btw. the exploded archive stuff will hopefully be possible to remove/avoid with jboss 5 VFS and/or jboss ide packaging; which will reduce the way you counted artifacts above with 50%.

> 1. The seam-booking app doesn't work out of box, clicking on "Find Hotels" does not produce any result (I think the form is broken, I don't see a request on the server).
> 2. I managed to get to page two in the seam-gen instructions, to the point where the docs say "Now add this as an Eclipse Java project". I have no idea how to do that and I tried clicking on all the things in Eclipse. I'm assuming that I have to select "Create project from existing source". After I select my seam-generated project directory, I have to enter a project name. No matter what project name I pick in the wizard, Eclipse tells me that it "Cannot create project in workspace".
> I'll probably add more comments to this issue.
