SeamApplication11.createValueBinding() was returning an ActionParamValueBinding.  Returning a normal ValueBinding should fix the problem.

ActionParamValueBinding was only meant to be used withing the context of an <s:link> tag.  The class may no longer be needed at all.  More research needs to be done to see if <s:link> still works with action params.
