Allow adding own Hibernate Interceptor

Currently I am not able to add my own Hibernate Interceptor using Configuration.setInterceptor(). I have to create my own HibernateSessionFactory (and that is not what I want).

One way is to add parameter to HibernateSessionFactory for interceptor class.
