        Summary: Add a calendar to the search panel generated by seam-gen  (was: Add Date support with seam-gen)
    Description: Generate a richfaces Calendar tag in the <EntityName>List.xhtml search panel.  (was: Seam-gen should support Date type fields in database tables and generate a richfaces Calendar tag in the <EntityName>List.xhtml page.

Parameters in the corresponding navigation page (<EntityName>List.xml for example) could be passed by using JBoss Seam DateTime converter:

	<param name="dateFromParameter"
		value="#{myEntityList.dateFrom}" converterId="org.jboss.seam.ui.DateTimeConverter"/>

Seems to be quite simple to get dates generated with the generate-entities command this way.)
