Icefaces jars need exclusions

There is a new icefaces jar that will be in 1.7.0 release onwards.  It's the asynchronous hub server for server-push in a separate package and will affect the builds that we already have with Seam in that it should not be included in the application packages unless it is configured properly.  Thus, the build scripts should have an <excluded name="icefaces-ahs.jar"/> for this reason.  (I hope this makes sense!!)
