Patch for supporting wildcard description.  Follows the same approach as the current check for description to maintain consistency.

Note:  Performance could be improved by a second option where the getDescription(viewId) is called by the FacesManager then a null check is performed on the retrieved description.  This avoids 2 traversals of the page stack if a description is found.  If performance is preferred over consistency, I would be happy to provide the alternate version of the patch as well.
