Add a Content-Disposition: inline header to both alternative parts.  This makes it work in Gmail.

Frank, it would be great if you could test in Thunderbird for me.

In the current impl this works for Pine (text) and Outlook (html) but not in gmail (text).  Not sure whether this is gmail or Seam.
