The main feature of a Tomahawk extended datatable is the ability to persist a datamodel in the client side. But Seam already has this feature built in and we don't need any special JSF control to use it! Simply declare the datamodel as PAGE scope, and you get the behavior you're looking for. (This is a Much Better Way, for all sorts of reasons!)

The only other interesting thing it has is sortable columns, but that is easy to do in seam.
