I've added an exception handler to pages.xml and it nicely redirects to the home page now, however:

1) Logging out while on main.xhtml produces a stack trace.  I believe this is an artifact of ajax4jsf, as it doesn't happen with other examples.
2) When clicking back then "Find Hotels" after logging out, another stack trace is produced.  Once again, I suspect this is because of ajax4jsf.
