Using Meldware from buni.org

* ear which deploys meldware and just proives SMTP service on localhost:2525

* Authentication is required to relay via it (this is required by meldware), and the set of users is alterable by editing propeties files in the ear

* Requires an additional -ds.xml to be deployed

* Currently Meldware is writing the whole message to the log - which is annoying.  I've asked if there is a way to stop it doing this.

* build.xml for mail example needs updating to include these two files
