Created a SeamManagedSessionFactoryBean similar to the SeamManagedEntityManagerFactoryBean.

Added documentation.

Updated spring example to do a simple demonstration/regression test of the hibernate support.

Anyone interested in this functionality had better test it well before the Seam 2.0 release. :)
