Thanks, this solves first problem [http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBSEAM-1408] where entity home was reporting managed=false when a JSF validation occurred.

But my test for second problem still exist where hibernate validation and JSF validation still can not co-exist together.  Would you like a test case?
