Allow placing exception handles inside <page/> nodes. This would allow finer graned exception handling based on where in the application you are.

Optionally / Additionally extend the exception node to accept a view-id pattern (the likeness of the page nodes view-id attribute) to scope the exceptions to a view or set of views.
