Make a page have a default bundle file instead of allowing it to be specified as an attribute of the "page" element.

Say if we have person.xhtml, Seam looks for person.page.xml by default and associates it with person.xhtml.  We should also ask Seam to look for PersonMessages.properties.  

This is more of a convention issue than anything else.
