Install the wiki and edit the start document. Now on the edit page, click into the Title field. Next, click on "Exit Editor". You will get a blank page (Firefox).

Apparently there is a conflict between the onblur event that is triggered by leaving the Title text input field and the navigation event. This started to occur after one of the Richfaces updates in the last 10 days.
