This issue is a tricky one. When new-entity is used, the entity does not show up in the menu bar like with generate-entities. If the developer reloaded, they might be confused and think that it didn't work. We are going to have to use a token though so that we can use the replace ant target to inject it into the menu. If the developer has removed this token, it simply won't add the item.

This fix is very trivial.
