ATM we don't distribute with 4.05 and later (4.05 does work) because the JBoss licensing is unclear.  What would satisfy us is if we knew that we could redistribute configured versions of JBoss Application Server legally.  Specifically *which* files must be deleted to properly distribute a modified copy of JBossAS.  Unfortunately, JBoss is not presently willing to clarify this publicly or otherwise and feels that a page illustrating RH owned trademarks graphically is sufficient.
