I have the same problem with version 1.1.6

however, I have another exception tag in my pages.xml and it works fine but the second tag doesn't work at all

the former catches the NotLoggedInException and the latter catches AuthorizationException and this doesn't work

I'm not sure but I think whenever the target exception is in top of the stack it will be realized by pages.xml otherwise won't
