Pete Muir resolved JBSEAM-1861.
-------------------------------

    Fix Version/s: 2.0.0.CR1
       Resolution: Done

Added a note to the persistence chapter. I also added a task to improve the pages.xml docs as they are currently a bit scattered and sparse. This also relates in to documenting patterns using pages.xml and Application Framework

Adrian, there is no support for altering the flushmode from a JSF control. If you want it, please open a Feature Request.
