I think that translators and mantainers should receive feedback about manual (improvements, error, ...).

It would be good to add into the Seam's manual section "Contribute to Seam" (in preface) a reference to
Jira page for each language translation and a reference to
http://www.seamframework.org/Documentation/TranslatingSeamIntoYourOwnLanguage also.
