It's not perfect yet but at least jboss embedded seem to start. Apparently the solution uses maven ant tun plugin to custom-build a single classpath as a workaround of for jboss embedded. 
I can also see there is quite some classpath resolution efforts are done, but I think JBSEAM-2006 addresses it?
Do you know whether the situation with jboss embedded will be resolved/addressed?

Now if we could make it work without antrun plugin it would be and run under jboss tools/wtp it would be almost complete!
