Create a common "Extending Your seam-gen Application" chapter.  This will be used for common changes and upgrades for the basic seam-gen application.  It should be written as container agnostic where possible.  The individual container chapters will document any specific changes needed.  This will allow the container specific chapters to reference this chapter rather than each document this.
