Weblogic can not compile any EJB that uses variable arguments.  This has been documented in the weblogic chapter of the reference guide along with links and details for the issue.  The chapter contains all the details needed to get the application deployed and what happens with the blocker.

The chapter does describe the JPA example, and a seam-gen application deployed to weblogic.
