Thomas, in trunk we declare the org.jboss.seam:jboss-seam dependency in the root pom as <type>ejb</type> - see http://snapshots.jboss.org/maven2/org/jboss/seam/root/2.1.0-SNAPSHOT/root-2.1.0-20080701.041917-209.pom - is this enough?

If yes, we can backport this fix to 2.0.3
