The new seam-reference.pdf opens in a PDF reader with the PDF bookmark tree fully expanded. (This is the clickable TOC in a sidebar, not the document TOC!)

As a result, you can no longer use the bookmarks efficiently as you can't drill your path down into the chapters - all chapters and sections are expanded already and you can not keep track of what you have read and what not.

The bookmarks tree should be completely collapsed by default.
