This is not a consistent error, but can regularly get "duplicate component" exceptions in the logs.  

Sometimes it is when I create a person/vehicle, then other is when I do a search.  Sometimes those same things work fine.  Working with that app will consistently cause this issue, just not always the same way.  There does not seam to be any visible symptom, but it fills up the log and look bad.
